DC stands for Direct Communication: students talk directly with the teacher they choose, and we are building that team from around the world. We are looking for teachers and coaches who help Japanese adults speak with confidence — in conversation, business, presentations and Eiken interviews. Students choose their teacher, so your profile is your storefront.
How it works for teachers
- Apply, then do a short interview and a 15-minute demo lesson with our team.
- We place you in a tier based on experience and specialty. Students pay the same credits for every teacher in a tier.
- You are paid a fixed amount for every credit students spend with you, monthly. Exact rates are shared at the interview.
- You set your own available hours. We handle payments, scheduling support and student support.
- Tier reviews every 6 months, based on student feedback, repeat bookings and reliability.
